Russian military base in Tajikistan destroyed low-flying facilities

In Tajikistan, on the territory of the Lyaur mountain range, snipers of the 201st Russian military base conducted exercises to develop tactics for the destruction of low-flying helicopters and reconnaissance drones of a conditional enemy, the press service of the Central Military District reports. The military, working as part of sniper pairs and monitoring the actions of a conditional enemy using special equipment, conducted reconnaissance of low-flying targets. They also worked out the tasks of destroying targets from the first shot from Dragunov's sniper rifles, which simulated the flying objects of a conditional enemy at an altitude of up to 15 meters and at a speed of up to 1 m/s. During the exercise, sniper teams worked out ways to move, choose a place and disguise positions, improved their skills in equipment and disguise hidden positions, using special equipment and natural shelters.
