UK sets up mobile teams to identify coronavirus
Eight mobile brigades staffed by military personnel have been set up in the UK to identify the coronavirus SARS- CoV -2, Reuters reported. These teams have already gone to the regions of the country to carry out tests for coronavirus infection. The British authorities plan to create dozens more such brigades. An additional 96 such units are expected to be operational since the beginning of May. The decision was made due to the desire of the UK authorities to ensure 100 thousand tests for the detection of SARS- CoV -2 per day. Currently, about 28,000 such tests are carried out daily in the country. According to the news agency, on April 24 in the UK 813 people died from diseases caused by coronavirus of a new type. By 25 April, the total number of deaths due to SARS- CoV -2 infection in the United Kingdom had reached 20,319.
