Iranian Ambassador: Ramadan Gives Opportunity to Resume Friendly Relations
On 24 April, the Iranian Ambassador to France, Bahram Kasemi, congratulated the Muslims on Ramadan's offensive, stating that the event provided an opportunity to resume friendly relations. This was reported by the Iranian agency IRNA. On the occasion of Ramadan's offensive, I congratulate all French Muslims, Kasemi wrote on the official Twitter of the Iranian mission in France, noting that on the basis of faith, Ramadan month is an opportunity to resume friendly relations, as well as to express solidarity and empathy. In these difficult days, when the world is facing the COVID-19 pandemic, I wish you and all the peoples of the world peace, tranquillity, security and health, Kasemi said. The holy lean month of Ramadan is expected to come April 25 in Iran. Ramadan's offensive can vary from country to country depending on the position of the moon. Since the new moon is not in the same state at the same time throughout the world, the dates of the onset and end of the month of Ramadan depend on astronomical observations.
