Iranian Ambassador: Ramadan Gives Opportunity to Resume Friendly Relations

On 24 April, the Iranian Ambassador to France, Bahram Kasemi, congratulated the Muslims on Ramadan's offensive, stating that the event provided an opportunity to resume friendly relations.
