The authorities of Turkmenistan prohibited employees of budgetary organizations and state enterprises to discolour hair, use overhead lashes, make a tattoo of eyebrows, manicure and pedicure, Azatlyk reported. Also, wide collars decorated with national patterns were banned. Instead, women were required to wear clothing with narrow, simple and modest collars.
